Duquesne Duke writer covers the PA state budget’s effects on Pittsburgh bus system

Junior political science major and journalism minor and The Duquesne Duke News Editor, Raymond Arke published a piece in The Duquesne Duke that explored the effects of the Pennsylvania state budget on the Pittsburgh Port Authority. “The latest attempt to fund the state, which was passed by the PA House of Representatives, has the Port Authority warning of drastic consequences which would affect Pittsburgh residents and Duquesne students,” wrote Arke.
