Duquesne Media Students conduct their own investigative journalism piece on the societal effects on Juvenile Delinquency

Should juvenile delinquency be treated as a public health concern? The United States supreme court’s decision in Miller and Montgomery used scientific evidence related to brain development. Psychologists and criminologists have long advocated for the use of this system in determining whether various factors that lead to juvenile delinquency should be examined during court cases. Duquesne Media Department students Jordan Mcnally and Stephanie Wilkinson conducted their own investigative report on the societal factors and how they affect juvenile Delinquency.
