Digital Media Arts graduate student produces video on Interface Design course

Xiaotang Guo, a graduate student in the Digital Media Arts concentration, created a video showcasing the Interface Design course taught by Dr. William Gibbs. Interface Design focuses on the survey of concepts and methodologies for digital interface design. It introduces students to many of the unique design challenges related to creating usable interfaces within a digital, interactive medium. Students design and develop interface prototypes aimed to support user tasks. Topics include user-centered design, information architecture, navigation, usability, task analysis, accessibility, and interaction.
